The California Department of Services and the Commission on Asian and Pacific Islander American Affairs saw the opportunity for additional organizations to carry out deeper, transformative anti-hate work. In conjunction with the Stop the Hate program, the Transformative Grants program strives to foster healthy and safe neighborhoods throughout California.
