Program Coordinator – Community Impact PSE
Job Title: Program Coordinator Department: Community Impact-PSE Reports to: Program Manager Hours: Full-time, occasional evenings, and weekend work possible Starting Wage: $21/hr. Stop the Hate project aims to provide support and services which may include, but not limited to community engagement and education; community conflict resolution; in- language outreach; services to escort community members in public; community healing; collaboration; cross-racial building; community diversity training; and local or regional rapid response to hate incidents. 2023 UAH Project Director – Not In Our Town
The UAH Project Director will lead community engagement and reporting for United Against Hate Week, a collaborative effort by communities around the country, to host anti-hate/ pro-inclusion events in their cities in November 2023 and Fall 2024. Mental Health Counselor – Search to Involve Pilipino Americans
SIPA is looking for a Mental Health Counselor who has a passion in working with Filipino-American and Latino low-income families. The Mental Health Counselor will be providing both clinical services and community-based programs rooting in healing and psychoeducation to promote understanding and destigmatization of mental health for Filipino Americans and communities of color. This is a full-time position, estimated at 40 hours per week, may require travel across SIPA’s offices in LA’s Historic Filipinotown and client locations.
